Jose was awesome. Overall service was great and friendly. The facility is nice, quiet, and modern. I felt safe at all times, and Jose was professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. I left on a whole different level of relaxed and zen, just what I needed.

NOT WORTH dealing with front desk. I was a regular for many months, It was always a pain to deal with this particular front desk person. When we were cashing out/paying, we were first in line. Other people arrived and she stopped attending us to pay attention to them instead... while we just stood there waiting. after they were fully done (around 10 minutes i'm not joking. it wasn't a quick thing) and she went back to us, she just tells us to call in later... I only wanted to schedule the next appointment. there was nobody else there. it was empty because the other people she cut us off to take care of, were done. this was ridiculous and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also the last charge on my credit card was not authorized. I had gotten a new credit card and they charged the new one for the membership which i had never given them permission to do so. That card was only for an appointment that i canceled. Massage places are supposed to relax you, this one just stressed me out from dealing with the rude front desk! the massage itself was good, but you had to be aware of who you chose.

I always leave feeling so relieved and grounded. Kyrie is my go-to, always helps me connect the pains in my body to the symbolism or emotional connection, whether she realizes it or not. I’m very grateful.

I could sit here and write a book about how satisfied I was with my visit! This was the first time I have ever gotten a cupping massage and the second time I have ever gotten a professional massage. The front desk greeted me right away and helped me fill out the brief paperwork and offered me a complimentary water. Aaron was very professional from the moment I met him and throughout the massage. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I didn’t know what to expect but Aaron walked me through the steps he was doing, checking in with me the whole time, making sure the massage and cup pressure wasn’t too hard, and making sure I was doing okay. I am going to recommend all of my friends and family to see Aaron and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

staff were nice but don’t have enough skills in performing the job. I feel that my massage therapist needs more training. Didn’t follow instructions what I wrote on the website. Constantly need reminders.

Me and my boyfriend went there 2 times, first visit was great and we loved it! We tried to request the same people but my boyfriend got someone different. The next day we went again and my boyfriend got another person and it was so bad. He was in pain the whole time and she didn’t even massage much of the areas he requested. It was 60 mins of pain (well it was suppose to be 60 but our time was cut short 🙃). If you ever go I suggest you request Maria and Anna.

LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I come every month now and try to see different therapist. So far so good, all the therapist I have been seeing for the past year have been AMAZING and none of them have disappointed. All pay great attention to my needs, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Would recommend this place to a family member or anyone looking for a great massage!

Visited IMR twice during my business trip to Vegas. Had severe back pain due to muscle issues. After being massaged by the team I felt like newly born. A little sore on the next day, which was expected, but the issues I came for were gone.Can absolutely recommend this place and would visit again when I am back in Vegas.

I visited during my first trip in Vegas. Great customer service over the phone. Leslie is a great therapist, really thorough, and kept some light conversation going during the two hour booking. I will definitely rebook when I'm next in town.

Love IMR! I'm here every 2-3 weeks getting massages from Michael. I'm also appreciative of the sauna which I use on a regular basis as well. Can't say enough good things about this place! Take advantage of their package deals to save some $$!
